If you don't want to fill out the listing forms, take the pictures, measure all the rooms, etc..., then our Basic Listing Service is for you.

Our Basic Listing Service provides you exposure in the Lubbock MLS for a low flat fee. In addition, 3%(paid at closing) goes to the agent that brings you the buyer. This lets all 760+ Real Estate Agents in Lubbock market your property to their buyers, while you RETAIN THE RIGHT TO MARKET AND/OR SELL YOUR HOME YOURSELF AND PAY $0 COMMISSION!

Remember, if YOU find a buyer, you pay NO BUYER AGENT COMMISSION(the 3%)!  The $799 is paid at the signing of the listing. 

For this low fee of $799 you get:

  1. Your home listed in the Lubbock Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This is the search database used by all Lubbock Realtors® (760+) to find homes in the Lubbock area for the buyers they are representing. This includes up to 15 full color pictures we take and lasts for a period of 6 months. We suggest a market price based on a CMA (comparative market analysis) we perform on your house, fill out all the listing forms, get the measurements, take the pictures, etc...
  2. Your home listed on the website operated by the Lubbock Board of Realtors...LubbockRealtors.com
  3. Your home listed on Realtor.com.
  4. Your home listed on our website, LubbockDiscountRealty.com.
  5. Your home listed on many local brokers and agents individual websites.
  6. A high quality Lubbock Discount Realty sign in your yard which includes our website address and phone number.
  7. An optional lockbox so Realtors® can securely & easily show your home if you cannot or choose not to be there.
  8. Our local agents available to you to answer any questions directly via fax or email.
  9. Email or fax all offers and counter-offers directly to you.
  10. Seller's disclosure and lead based paint forms.
  11. The unrestricted right to market and/or sell the home yourself, if you choose and pay $0 buyer's commission!
  12. Done. After payment is received we will enter the information and/or pictures we have into the Lubbock MLS immediately for a period of 6 months. We will install your (optional)keybox (have an extra key to your house ready) and a yard sign within 24-48 hours. Don't forget to clean your home and make it ready to show and sell.
